Item was just as expected! I ordered two bowls, and one of them unfortunately arrived broken, but not with lack of appropriate padding/packaging. I was sent a replacement bowl very quickly, and the initial shipment arrived really fast too. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product and extremely satisfied with the company's response.
