How to set your Time-A-Matic®
Time-A-Matic® has two modes:
“Automatic Shut-Off” and “Continuous Flow”
The “Automatic Shut-Off” setting delivers the amount of water you desire, then shuts itself off automatically. The exclusive “Continuous Flow” setting bypasses the automatic shut-off for nontimed use. The rate of water fl ow also can be adjusted on the “Continuous Flow” mode.
Automatic Shut-Off:
Turn the dial clockwise only. Move the dial to the desired setting of the number of gallons or liters. If you pass the desired setting, simply turn the knob clockwise past “OFF” and reset. The inner numbers indicate the approximate number of hours to shutoff, based on a water flow of six gallons per minute.
Continuous Flow:
Turn the knob clockwise past the grey area of the dial to the “Continuous Flow” section. You can adjust the dial back and forth (clockwise and counterclockwise) within the “HI-LO” setting area only until you achieve the desired rate of water delivery. To shut off the water, turn the dial to the “OFF” position.
