This is our fourth Mr. Squirrel. That tells you that yea, a determined dog CAN destroy it. But I'll give it to the manufacturer, this toy lasts longer than any other stuffed animal we have ever had. Our dogs love the squeaky head and tail that makes the crackly noise. The length of the squirrel is fairly realistic, which of course adds to its charm when a human comes upon its lifeless form on the floor in the kitchen, bathroom, or wherever the dogs have left it!Jilliflute, Mon Apr 21, 2014
My American Bulldog/Beagle, Bo Jangles, loved this toy! It was recommended to us by a friend and problaby one of the longest lasting toys we've bought him. It took a few months for him to completely destroy it, and we had to throw it away. He is pretty destructive on his toys though...
