I have a rescue chihuahua with separation anxiety. If she can't find me she breaks out to find me! This keeps her safe, contained.
However, it's not THAT easy to collapse every day(like when on a trip in a small car) I got 24" size, maybe the larger sizes have springs like my huge one I got 20 yrs ago.
