Petmate has changed the design of these litter pans. The rim is thinner and sharp, so they are a bit painful to pick up if they're heavy. Still a good deal for the price, and the service is still great, but I'm not thrilled with the modification.Cindy, Sun May 10, 2015
We use these litter boxes for the rabbits at our animal shelter. They're simple, easy to clean, and great for holding lots of hay. Only one disadvantage - the plastic is soft and may get munched by busy bunny teeth if you have a dedicated chewer. The price is right, though, for a replacement! A corner on one of the litter boxes in my last order was damaged. A quick email exchange brought a replacement efficiently and with no hassles.
