Scotts Turf Builder High Traffic Mix Grass Seed is the perfect grass for homes with kids and pets. This kid and pet friendly grass is made for lots of traffic and quickly spreads to areas that are thin and bare and is 99.99% weed free. Mix has Thermal Blue Kentucky Bluegrass for sunny, hot areas and has an absorbent coating that easily keeps water in. Shown to grow faster than seed with no coating. Application should be in temperatures between 60°F - 80°F and is best in the Spring or Fall. Grows in 5 - 10 days.
