Scotts Turf Builder Sun and Shade Mix grasss seed is formulated to stay green in heavily shaded areas or areas that are in the hot sun. This formula contains Thermal Blue Kentucky Bluegrass, which is known for thriving in the hot sun and excessive heat. Great for repairing bare or thin spots on your lawn. Seed has an absorbent coating that help to keep it moist even when you forget to water it and allows for quicker germination than seed that is not coated. Seed is 99.99% weed free for a beautiful, grassy lawn! Apply in the Spring or Fall and between temperatures of 60°F and 80°F.
