We buy these in the small 17.5" x 23.5" size for our teacup Yorkies. They are the best pads out there now and also the smallest version of pads. We love them for home and travel. There is no "spread" on the pad when the dogs use them! It absorbs that well and efficiently. No wet feet and they can be used multiple times before changing is necessary. Chou, Thu Feb 10, 2011
