While I find it a bit more difficult than it should be to close, it's not a bad playpen, really. My biggest problems are that my daughter's rabbit ends up flinging his mess out whenever he gets to running and jumping, he has figured out how to "dig" the mat into a rumpled state so that he can chew it, and this morning, he managed to jump out. Good playpen, but not for highly active bunnies!Ruby, Tue May 17, 2011

My ferrets loved the playpen with the exception of one. One of my MEDIUM sized ferrets kept managing to escape from in between the vertical bars on the bottom. Yesterday, when I went to check on them, to my horror I found him hanging by his neck, stuck on the horizontal bar that is in the middle of the panel.
