The Whisper EX Filtration Systems feature an innovative filtration designed for ease of use and convenience. Available for a variety of aquarium sizes, from 10 to 70 gallon aquariums. Has a simple set-up that requires no priming and a simple operation with patented Timestrip technology that lets you easily view when it’s time to replace the carbon filter. Also, has Scientifically Engineered water flow that is designed to have a continuous flushing action, which prevents debris from building up. The outflow maximizes the water agitation and oxygenation. The Whisper EX Filtration Systems all use the Tetra carbon filters. Also, includes a Timestrip Cartridge Change indicator.

- EX 30: Bio-bag size is Large; Aquarium size is for up to 30 gallons; GPH is 160.
- EX 45: Bio-bag size is Large; Aquarium size is for up to 45 gallons; GPH is 240.
- EX 70: Bio-bag size is Large; Aquarium size is for up to 70 gallons; GPH is 340.
