When Scotts Lawn Pro Super Turf Builder With SummerGuard is used with a regular watering program, it strengthens and protects your lawn against the thinning, browning and insect vulnerability that can befall hot-weather lawns. Every particle in Super Turf Builder with SummerGuard contains both fertilizer and insect control– feeding, greening and protecting every inch of your lawn. It has more greening power than Turf Builder with SummerGuard. Micromax Micronutrients help strengthen lawn against heat, drought, and wear and tear. It kills surface insects that cause your lawn to thin and turn brown and it's heat-friendly formula won’t burn your lawn - guaranteed. Available in 5,000 or 15,000 sq. ft. coverage.

How to Use:

For best results, use a Scotts spreader and spread uniformly over your lawn using the suggested spreader settings.
Apply product to a dry lawn and water- product after application.
Do not use any other weed, disease or insect control products for at least one week after application.
For best results, apply a Scotts Annual Lawn Care Program and allow two months between applications.

When to Apply:

Apply product to entire lawn when insect activity or damage is first observed. (For grub control, apply Scotts GrubEx between late April and mid-August.)

What It Controls:

Kills these lawn pests: ants (argentine, carpenter, odorous, pharaoh (sugar), pyramid, and red harvester), armyworms, billbugs, chiggers, chinch bugs, crickets, cutworms, earwigs, fleas, grasshoppers, mealybugs, mole crickets, sod webworms (lawn moth larvae), spiders, ticks (including ticks that may transmit Lyme’s Disease), and weevils.

Cautions:

In New York State, this product may NOT be applied to any grass or turf area (lawns) within 100 feet of a water body ( lake, pond, river, stream, wetland, or drainage ditch).
Do make a single repeat application of this product if there are signs of renewed insect activity, but not sooner than four weeks after the first application.
The micronutrients in Turf Builder with SummerGuard may stain. To avoid staining, sweep or brush any particles off walks, driveways, concrete and pool decks and other surfaces. Avoid contact with clothing and shoes ( wear old clothing when applying). After application, remove any particles from clothing and shoes. Avoid tracking product into the home.
