I got it in lake 5 days, excellent service there, and it works well, I do think that the product feels a little flimsy, and the jaws only have serated edges on one side of the scoop, I feel both sides should be the same for the best grass action, I have used other scoops so I can compare the use, and maybe I am just not used to this one yet, time will tell if it lasts as well as others I have hadDane Anderson, Fri Jun 29, 2012

This is a fantastic product! After getting my 2nd dog, I decided I needed one of these. The teeth really help pick up on the grass. I think I may buy another one for when I take my dogs over to my mom's house. The plastic handle seems a little flimsy but it's held up just fine for 2+ years now.Joni, Tue May 17, 2011

I like the super size of this pooper scooper, it gets everything. I think the long handle is great, but it could be just a little sturdier. I noticed when I put a little extra weight on it, it tended to buckle some; but I am very satisfied.pcgranny77, Sun Jan 30, 2011
