The pads lend extra absorbtion when needed for occasions of heavier seasonal flow and urination. The Simple Solution® Diaper Garment Pads fit the XX-Small, X-Small, Small, Medium, and Large Simple Solution® Diaper Garment. For the smaller sized diaper garment there may be a need to cut the pad as needed to fit. For the Simple Solution® Diaper Garment X-Large there may be a need to place two diaper garment pads, depending on how large the pet is. Also, see the Simple Solution Large Garments Pad specifically designed for the L, XL & XXL sizes.
