Topical salve for horse wounds, dry hooves, minor skin irritations,
inflammations, and more. Commonly used to pack hooves after work or race.
Versatile topical wound ointment contains 20% Ichthammol. Works as an
emollient to treat dry, cracked, and brittle hooves. Also works as a mild
antiseptic. Relieves itching and helps draw out infection and puss from open
sores and wounds. Simply apply to affected area twice daily with or without a
bandage. A must for any stall, barn, or stable.
Active Ingredients: 20% Ichthammol.
Directions for Use:
Apply to affected area once or twice a day. A loose bandage may be applied.
Avoid prolonged exposure to excessive heat. For external use only. Apply as an
ointment on weak and brittle hooves. Can also be used as a skin antiseptic to
promote healing of minor skin abrasions and inflammations, and as an agent for
soothing and softening areas of skin irritation.
Keep out of reach of children and pets. For veterinary use only.
