CYDECTIN® (moxidectin) Pour-On is labeled for use in beef and dairy cattle of all ages. It is effective against a broad spectrum of important internal and external parasites, including Ostertagia, the most economically devastating internal cattle parasite in the United States, for 28 days, and against Dictyocaulus viviparus (lungworm) for 42 days. CYDECTIN is effective against grubs, lice and horn flies, and is the only pour-on labeled for control of the common scab mite. Its oil-based formulation remains fully effective under wet conditions. A zero-day slaughter withdrawal and zero-day milk discard increases marketing flexibility. A non-flammable formulation makes it safe around flames, and CYDECTIN has no impact on Dung Beetles.
